What You’ll Do…

We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated Retail Sales/Stock Associate who is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and contributing to a successful sales environment.

- Provide exemplary customer service by following Olsen Fashion Canada service standards and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills by assessing customers’ individual needs and providing thoughtful product recommendations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current products, fashion trends, recent arrivals, and merchandise locations to assist customers confidently.
- Build genuine customer relationships by offering personalized recommendations, ideas, and styling suggestions that enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities to introduce and promote additional products, including layering pieces, accessories, and complementary items.
- Assist in maintaining a neat, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product display areas.
- Receive, unpack, organize, and process incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with transfers, shipments, inventory counts, and other stock-related processes as required.
- Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, folded, hung, and prepared for the sales floor.




- Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory, loss prevention, health and safety, and store operations.

Who You Are…

- Previous retail sales experience is an asset; entry-level candidates with the right attitude and enthusiasm are welcome.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and regularly lift, carry, bend, reach, and move merchandise.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Customer-focused and comfortable interacting with customers when required.
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated shopping experience.
- Motivated to achieve results and energized by interacting with customers and sharing your knowledge of fashion and products.
- A general understanding of sales principles and a customer-focused approach.
- High-energy, confident, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to contribute to and achieve sales goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.95-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
