Financial Controller – Award‑Winning, High‑Volume Dealership (GTA Northeast)

Join a major, family‑oriented dealer group and lead the financial operations of a top‑performing, award‑winning store. We’re looking for a hands‑on, automotive‑experienced Controller ready to take ownership of accounting, administration, and financial performance in a fast‑paced retail environment.

What You’ll Lead

- Full accounting operations, month‑end, annual statements, cash flow, budgeting, audits
- Accounting team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Daily CDK administration + compliance with all regulatory requirements
- AR oversight, vehicle sales/purchase documentation, fixed assets, insurance
- Support for administration staff and dealership leadership

What You Bring

- 5+ years automotive retail accounting experience (Controller preferred)
- Solid CDK + One Eighty experience
- Payroll experience (ADP preferred)




- Accounting diploma/degree or equivalent dealership experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage high‑volume financial operations

Growth Path
