Responsibilities:

- Professionally greet each customer and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule service appointments – phone, email, website




- Review service history and accurately recommend and quote maintenance, diagnosis and repairs ensuring transparency
- Generate thorough repair orders that capture all required information
- Accurately estimate cost and time frame in collaboration with technicians and parts advisors
- Maintain consistent contact with customer while their vehicle is in for service
- Ensure customer satisfaction through daily review of CSI and follow up with each customer

Requirements:

- Automotive service industry knowledge and experience
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing demands
- Capable of working under pressure with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Experience with Xtime and CDK (considered an asset)
- Valid class 5 drivers license with clean drivers abstract

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
