- Take direction to perform duties of site prep
- Work as part of a crew alongside paving machines, shovelling, raking joints and finishing
- Work as part of a crew doing handwork: Patching, curbing, speed bumps and other repairs
- Level asphalt/aggregate to grade specifications using shovels, trowel and rakes
- Assist with the movement, placement, and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control and safety devices
- Help heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities
- Lift, hold and carry supplies, tools, and materials
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
- Must have own vehicle

- Should have great communication skills (English)
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of asphalt paving
- Happy working in a team environment
- Must be willing to work flexible schedule
