Vancouver Headshots Inc. is looking for 2 friendly, organized, and professional Administrative Photography Assistants to assist our photographer during a 4-day event.

Dates: September 21–24, 2026

Hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Lunch: 1:30 PM–2:30 PM — lunch is provided and covered by the event location
Pay: $250/day — $1,000 total for all 4 days
Location: East Vancouver — Mount Pleasant

About the Position

Vancouver Headshots Inc. is providing professional photography services for a major company in the TV and film industry. We are looking for two assistants to support our photographer and help ensure the event runs smoothly and professionally.

This will be a fast-paced, high-volume photography event with 300+ people being photographed over the four days. The assistants will play an important role in keeping client check-in, information collection, and the photography workflow organized and efficient.

This is a client-facing role involving check-in, organization, customer service, and assisting the photographer during the event.

Responsibilities

- Check in clients as they arrive for their photography session
- Collect each client's name and email address on a cue card
- Record the photo numbers provided by the photographer on each client's information card
- Provide friendly, polite, and professional customer service
- Help keep the check-in process organized and running smoothly
- Assist the photographer with lighting when needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the photographer
- Follow the photographer's instructions and assist with event photography needs as required
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the event
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Previous administrative, customer service, event, or photography experience is an asset but not required

Confidentiality & NDA Requirement

Because this event is for a major company in the TV and film industry, there are strict confidentiality requirements.

All assistants will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the event before beginning work.

Assistants must respect the confidentiality of the client, event, attendees, photography, and any information they may encounter while working. No confidential event or client information may be shared without authorization.

Compensation & Schedule

$250 per day
$1,000 total for all 4 days
September 21–24, 2026 — 4 consecutive days
8:00 AM–6:00 PM daily
Lunch: 1:30 PM–2:30 PM
Lunch is provided and covered by the event location.
