Job Description :Our client in Regina is looking for a Digital Health Services Coordinator(Digital Health, Digital Transformation)

Must Have Primary Skills :

- Experience with Microsoft suite and/or SharePoint
- Experience in Project Coordination/Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is considered an asset
- Certifications in Change Management, PMI, and/or business analysis is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working, influencing, and communicating effectively (both verbal and written) with all levels within a large complex organization
- Strong facilitation skills with experience effectively facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting findings
- Knowledge of information management and information technology.




- Strong ability to seamlessly translate between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT groups
- Knowledge of information management and information technology.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Knowledge of and experience with the Health care system is an asset

Proven Experience In :

- Digital Health Services Coordinator(Digital Health, Digital Transformation)
- Delivering service management - operational coordination and monitoring after initiative implementation, monitor KPIs and performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, service quality, and continuous improvement of digital health services
- Coordinating enhancement of existing projects for long term transformation
- Offering dedicated leadership qualities that can ensure digital initiatives are sequenced and aligned with provincial objectives
- Supporting facilitation of stakeholder engagement, consensus building, project management, and coordination across the system.
- Ensuring change management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, delivery tracking, and perks realization.
- Acting as a centralized resource to provide alignment and oversight across projects.
