We are a warm and welcoming family based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, looking to hire a dedicated and caring nanny to join our village of support. Our focus is on finding someone who fits in with our family, can vibe with our active crew of 3 little boys, and has experience providing neurodivergent- affirming care.

This position is live-out and part-time, making it perfect for someone looking to fit nannying into their schedule. Currently, we are looking for someone willing to be an extra set of hands (mostly while one or both parents are home) to help our after school/evening routine run more smoothly and feel more peaceful (Monday - Thursday).

As school is starting up again, we may be requiring some additional support in the mornings too, with possible split shift options.

We are searching for a responsible individual who can assist with light housekeeping duties to ensure our home remains tidy and organized (dishes, put away boys’ laundry, toy room).

In addition to supporting our children’s basic needs,



some minimal meal prep would be a bonus!

We are also looking for someone who’d consider themself to be an experienced driver, owning their own vehicle, and comfortable picking up our children from daycare occasionally (using our van and car seats).
