Reporting directly to the Manager of Resident Services, this temporary part-time role involves developing and facilitating therapeutic recreation activities for long-term care residents. You will assess new residents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance their daily living quality through individual and group programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and facilitate recreation programs for residents
- Conduct assessments for individualized care plans
- Maintain quarterly updates for resident care plans
- Participate in team communication and care conferences
- Accompany residents on community outings
Requirements:
- Two-year diploma or degree in a related field
- Over one year of experience in long-term care
- Valid Class ‘G’ Driver’s License
- Ability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
