In this full-time, on-site role, you will ensure optimal capacity for shipments across North America. Your insights will drive cost-effective service solutions while working closely with the Director of Capacity. You’ll be integral in bolstering operational efficiencies through robust collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the capacity management team
- Assess daily load volumes and carrier options
- Support load planning with key carrier partnerships
- Evaluate and improve carrier performance
- Collaborate across functions for effective load execution
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics/transportation
- Familiarity with transportation management systems
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and logistics software
- Willingness to work on Canadian holidays intermittently
