We are a warm and welcoming family seeking a compassionate, dependable nanny to care for our children. We will require full-time care starting in October (or potentially sooner) when both parents are back to work. In the meantime we are looking for part time help (2 scheduled days per week plus ad hoc additional days) with the opportunity to move to full time in the fall.

Our eldest daughter attends full-time daycare, so the primary focus of this role will be caring for our baby daughter (currently 6 months old). Our baby currently receives all feeds through an NG tube and requires attentive, specialized care.

Previous NG tube experience is considered an asset; however, we are happy to provide training for the right candidate. She is a delightful, happy girl and otherwise “easy” baby.

Core Responsibilities

- Provide attentive daily care for infant, including management of NG tube feeds
- Follow feeding and nap schedules and monitor baby’s comfort and well-being
- Engage baby in age-appropriate developmental activities and play to support developmental milestones (tummy time, reading, sensory play, etc.)
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry assistance
- Assist with meal preparation and preparing dinners for the family so meals are ready or nearly ready when parents return home

Ideal Qualifications

- Prior infant care experience required
- Experience with NG tube feeding is an asset
- Calm, patient, and attentive personality
- Reliable, organized, and proactive




- CPR/First Aid certification and clean background check required
- Valid driver’s license and driving experience considered an asset, though not required
- Candidate must be comfortable with dogs. We have a loving Pomsky, she is approx 20 pounds and very friendly.

Additional Expectations

- Flexibility to occasionally work additional evening or weekend hours (for example, occasional date nights or schedule changes)
- Occasional daycare drop-off or pick-up for toddler (daycare is a few blocks away from home)
- Comfortable working collaboratively with parents and following established routines and care instructions
- Take baby (and dog if comfortable) for outdoor walks
- Non-smoking workplace

We are offering approx $25 per hour and rate is negotiable depending on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
