- Lead mid-sized engineering projects from planning to launch - Design and improve assembly processes for automotive components - Implement smart manufacturing opportunities across operations - Analyze production data to improve flow and efficiency - Coordinate engineering changes and maintain documentation
Requirements: - Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering - 3+ years experience in a lean manufacturing environment - Working knowledge of GD&T; and CAD reading skills - Practical project management and costing experience - Flexibility for off-shift work and critical launches
