Promote independence through tailored support, personal care, and recreational activities.Under the supervision of the Community Inclusion & Outreach Manager, this role advocates for a person-centered, culturally respectful approach. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Community Living B.C. and maintain professional relationships with individuals and their support networks,
focusing on their wellbeing and community belonging.Key Responsibilities:Support individuals' involvement in personal choices and decisionsDocument and manage cases with Community Inclusion CoordinatorDevelop supportive and nurturing professional relationshipsAssist with activities of daily living and community participationEnsure effective communication on service needs and appointmentsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent1–2 years of relevant support experienceCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationExcellent organizational and communication skillsValid BC Class 5 Driver's License and a reliable vehicleJoin our team to help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive within their communities through personalized support and care.
