This role works closely with the Lodge Operation Manager to ensure exceptional guest experience, smooth lodge operations, and strong team coordination in a fast‐paced remote workplace. The ideal candidate thrives in hospitality, enjoys leadership responsibilities, and is comfortable balancing guest service, logistics, team support, and operational problem‐solving in a remote mountain setting.Key Responsibilities:Guest Experience & HospitalityDeliver warm, professional, high-end guest service throughout the guest stayAssist with guest arrivals, departures, orientations, and daily communicationsHandle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodation professionallyHelp create a welcoming lodge atmosphere and memorable guest experienceCoordinate with culinary, guiding, and operations teams to ensure seamless serviceLodge OperationsSupport daily lodge operations and ensure smooth execution of schedules and activitiesAssist with room readiness, housekeeping coordination,
