You'll oversee cleaning schedules, supplies, and team performance while delivering excellent service to residents, families, and visitors.What You'll DoSupervise, schedule, and train housekeeping staff to ensure consistent, high-quality serviceOversee cleaning routines for resident suites and shared areasMonitor supplies and source quality products while staying within budgetRespond to resident and family concerns, escalating as appropriateEnsure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality standardsParticipate in the Resident Council and support team collaborationProvide regular feedback to the General Manager on service quality and resident satisfactionWhat You'll BringSecondary school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent requiredPrevious supervisory experience in housekeeping, including hiring, training,
