The TA will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment at Liebherr Canada.An ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates will be critical to our success.ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing and Outreach: Use various proactive sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to regularly identify potential candidatesBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with heavy focus on Heavy Equipment TechniciansParticipate in external career fair and events as identifiedScreening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications in a timely manor to determine the suitability of candidates against bona fide job requirementsConduct initial in-person/video meetings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit.Coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers as requestedCollaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely and build rapport with department heads and hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing needsProvide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.Ensure a smooth and productive interview process, offering insights and administration on candidate assessments.Offer Management:
