As an Account Coordinator, you assist with client management, including attending meetings, meeting deadlines, and handling daily tasks such as reporting, recruitment approvals, asset management, and coordinating email campaigns. Professionalism and active participation are essential as you develop clear initiatives for both internal and external activities.The Responsibilities:Contribute to program strategies for managed clients and network clientsBuild strategic relationships with affiliates to increase revenueRecruit and activate affiliates to the network and for our clients, with a focus on delivering a volume of partnersMeet goals for the affiliate program (i.E. targets for affiliate sign‐ups, new accounts and transactions)Respond to all affiliate queries within 24 hours of receivingMonitor industry news, competitors, and affiliate websites daily to help stay on top of trends and changesIncrease affiliate traffic and conversions for assigned affiliate programsPerform monthly ROI analysis on affiliate programs and commission dealsShare knowledge with teammates through support,



training and sharing of experiencesAdhere to business unit requirements for reporting and updatingDemonstrate client relationship management and leadership skills internally and externally; creating an environmentof trust and consultationDemonstrate knowledge of tracking and expert system knowledge by testing and monitoring client systems and trainingDemonstrate a clear understanding of individual client's needs, their businesses and objectivesOffer insight and guidance to troubleshoot and respond to client queriesCreate and manage campaign assets as requiredEnsure data has been imported correctly into the software by clients and do spot checks on commission calculations to ensure system accuracyMonitor affiliate content and coverage as needed to ensure compliance with program termsThe Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Public Relations or related fields1+ years of related work experienceSelf‐motivated and demonstrates initiativeExcellent customer relationship management skills and ability to develop strategic partnershipsAbility to work under pressure and deliver results in a goal‐oriented organizationAdaptable team player who is career‐orientedEffective written and spoken communication in English.
