For more information, visit fasken.Com.The Marketing and Business Development Specialist supports marketing and communications, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and business development activities for the BC region.Marketing and Communications supportDraft clear and concise communications for lawyer bios, including experience items and LinkedIn profiles, invites, website, newsletters, fact sheets, ads, speeches, PowerPoint presentations, social media and other communication itemsDevelop social media plan for paid social campaigns, including working with lawyers and Business Development teams to build, monitor and execute campaigns and post-campaign analysis and reportingDraft and coordinate regional ranking submissions and award nominationsUpdate and assemble firm promotional materials, fact sheets, and bios into packages to support marketing and business development initiativesRequest for Proposals supportAssist with the preparation of high-quality RFP responses and presentations, preparing electronic or hard copies of these documents for delivery and distributionCoordinate with Industry and Practice Groups (IPGs) to gather relevant information, create impactful narratives, and ensure timely submission of proposalsTrack and analyze RFP outcomes to identify trends and opportunities for improvementBusiness Development supportPlan and support the execution of client-facing events, sponsorships, and seminars to foster client engagement and firm visibility (some travel and working outside of normal business hours may be required)Support Strategic Account Management (SAM) programHelp identify new business and marketing opportunities and recommend actions to pursue themAssist with special projects (regional and firmwide)
