About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced data quality and CRM operations professionals to contribute their expertise to an advanced AI research and evaluation project .

You will review and assess AI-generated work products, including documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks , for accuracy, rigor, consistency, and domain-specific quality. The work focuses on applying practical expertise in data quality management, CRM operations, data governance, and customer data processes to evaluate AI-generated outputs.

This is a fully remote, hourly engagement designed for professionals with substantial experience managing and evaluating data and CRM-related workflows.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated data quality and CRM operations artifacts against domain-specific quality standards and evaluation rubrics.
- Review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and operational relevance .
- Assess AI-generated outputs related to CRM processes, customer data management, data quality, and operational workflows .
- Identify data inconsistencies, factual errors, missing information, duplicates, and process gaps .
- Evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of data quality procedures, CRM workflows, and operational recommendations .
- Review spreadsheets and structured data for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and logical integrity .
- Identify presentation, formatting, visual, and communication issues in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace deliverables.




- Provide clear, concise, and structured written feedback explaining identified issues.
- Apply consistent domain-specific evaluation criteria when grading AI-generated work products.
- Use professional judgment to distinguish between minor formatting issues and substantive data or operational errors .
- Help improve the quality and reliability of AI systems by identifying weaknesses in generated data quality and CRM operations content .

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in data quality, CRM operations, or closely related fields .
- Native or professional fluency in English .
- Strong practical understanding of data quality management and CRM operations .
- Experience working with customer data, CRM systems, data processes, or operational workflows .
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace , particularly PowerPoint and Google Slides .
- Solid analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to evaluate complex work products for accuracy, consistency, rigor, and operational quality .
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and structured feedback .
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment .

Preferred Qualifications





- Master's degree or higher from a reputable institution.
- Experience with CRM platforms, customer data systems, data governance, or data quality frameworks .
- Experience in data validation, data cleansing, deduplication, data integrity, or quality assurance .
- Experience creating or reviewing operational documentation, reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, or presentations .
- Experience with enterprise CRM and data management environments.
- Previous experience with AI evaluation, AI training, quality assurance, or benchmark development is a plus.

Compensation

- $80–$120/hour

Eligibility

- Data quality and CRM operations professionals with 5+ years of relevant professional experience are encouraged to apply.
