This full-time role focuses on successfully launching a vibrant adult recreational basketball league in your market. You'll negotiate venue agreements, recruit teams, and foster community ties through events and outreach. Your on-market involvement will cultivate local buzz and assist in future expansions as the Brodie brand grows.

Key Responsibilities:



• Execute the market launch from initial outreach to game night • Secure gym locations and negotiate terms for league play • Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations • Recruit founding captains along with a pool of capable players • Manage and grow online presence leading to launch day

Requirements: • 3+ years in sales, community engagement, or partnerships • Proven experience in generating leads and managing relationships • Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences • Ability to work independently in energetic environments • Genuine passion for basketball and community development
