This role requires technical excellence, professionalism, and a leadership mindset to ensure every guest receives outstanding care aligned with Spirit Spa standards.Senior Estheticians play an active role in maintaining service excellence, supporting training initiatives, and upholding the elevated guest experience Spirit Spa is known for.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver professional esthetic services including facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures and specialty services in accordance with Spirit Spa protocolsConduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs and customize treatments accordinglyProvide thoughtful aftercare recommendations, including home‐care products and treatment plans, to support client wellness and resultsMaintain a clean, sanitized, and well‐organized treatment space, adhering to all health and safety standardsMentor and support junior estheticians, offering guidance on technique, guest experience, and professional standardsAssist with training initiatives and stay current on new products, techniques, and best practicesDemonstrate flexibility with scheduling and support business needs,
