The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing mission-critical facility projects, including white space buildouts, electrical and mechanical infrastructure installations, tenant improvements, and critical power and cooling system upgrades.This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and serving as the primary field representative for project execution. The Construction Manager will work closely with clients, engineers, project managers, and field teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProject ManagementManage all phases of data center construction projects from pre-construction through project closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plansMonitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, quality, and resource challengesCoordinate project activities with clients, vendors, subcontractors,
