years of experience as a business analyst and/or process analysis; Demonstrate a hybrid experience in business analysis and functional analysis in order to be able to question and validate technical requirements; Have participated in several CRM projects and be able to present examples, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics CRM; Master the principles and practices of Agile mode; Knowledge of the SAFe framework and having worked as a business analyst, functional analyst or product owner in this context (an asset); Have a thoroughknowledge of Agile development methods, SAFe, and their lifecycle fundamentals (an asset); Experience in the field of public and/or private transportation (an asset); Hold a Secure® orProduct Owner certification (an asset).
