CityView is seeking an Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst to work remotely across the U.S. and Canada, configuring the CityView solution to meet government client requirements and delivering training to ensure value creation. Travel up to 15% in Canada and the US may be required. You will analyze client processes, map requirements, perform discovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized workflows and successful deployments.
