including account reconciliations and variance analysisMaintain the integrity of the general ledger and supporting accounting recordsCoordinate internal and external audit requirements and related documentationResearch accounting matters and develop technical accounting memorandaMonitor internal controls and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficienciesDevelop reporting, analysis, and key performance metrics for internal and external stakeholdersPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information and support business objectivesProvide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-makingYour strengths include:CPA designation requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting and financial reportingStrong knowledge of IFRS and accounting best practicesExperience managing month-end and year-end close processesProficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
