Lead exceptional dining experiences as a Food & Beverage Supervisor with Pursuit starting July 2026. This full-time role focuses on providing engaging service in beautiful locations.
In this key position, you will oversee and coach the front-of-house team to ensure top-notch food and beverage delivery. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations, scheduling, and coordinating with the Food & Beverage Manager. You will address guest service concerns professionally while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support front-of-house staff for exceptional service
• Coordinate daily food and beverage operations and scheduling
• Handle cash transactions and prepare daily cash reports
• Address guest service concerns with a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest areas
Requirements:
• 1+ year of food & beverage supervisory experience
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Experience in high volume environments
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Familiar with POS and cash handling systems
