This team consists of Account Managers, Site Managers supported by a Field Manager, and the Project Coordinator supported by the Project Team Lead.Project Coordinators Work To Accomplish Day-to-day Tasks Involved In Supplying And Installing Flooring, Tiling, And Various Other Specialized Finishing Products From Start To Finish. A Few Examples Of Project Coordination Responsibilities Are:Gathering information from architectural plans, specification documents,



and various other sourcesCompiling gathered information and to create illustrations/plans into a communicable package to distribute to internal team members, clients, and subcontractorsPerforming material take-off (estimation) and creating quotes for additional work requestsInitiating material shipments based on project schedules using proprietary softwareCreating Work Orders and reviewing subcontractor invoicesSending monthly invoices to our clients/customersCompleting projects on time and within budgetQualificationsIdeal candidates for Project Coordination tend to be highly organized, robust communicators who work methodically with attention to detail and are comfortable adapting to unique requirements of each project.Atmosphere Does Not Require Project Coordination Candidates To Hold Any Specific Qualifications As Training Can Be Provided For All Required Functions.
