This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of systems while gaining valuable experience in the RV industry.What You'll DoPerform pre-rental inspections to ensure RVs are customer‐readyComplete minor repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other RV systemsPerform routine maintenance, including oil changes and basic servicingReview work orders and identify larger repair needs for further assessmentWinterize and de‐winterize RVsAssist with fleet turnaround, transfers, and seasonal preparationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhat We're Looking ForExperience in RV repair, automotive maintenance, plumbing, electrical work,
