Transform the lives of Autistic individuals at CFASA as a neurodiversity-focused Occupational Therapist. Provide essential therapy services in home and community settings to enhance quality of life.As an Occupational Therapist, you will join CFASA's multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing supports aligned with best practices in neurodiversity-affirming therapy. This full-time position offers a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, with evening hours as needed.
You will engage deeply with families and communities to ensure inclusive support that promotes autonomy and access to essential activities.Key Responsibilities:Offer dedicated occupational therapy within a team-oriented teamConduct comprehensive assessments to guide therapySupport inclusive programming in diverse environmentsFacilitate community workshops focused on skill developmentDocument services and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational TherapistsStrong organizational and communication strengthsValid driver's license and access to a vehicleCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationSatisfactory background checksUtilize your skills to make a significant impact at CFASA, supporting Autistic individuals and families throughout Calgary.
