We invest in training, coaching, and long-term career development to support growth within the organization.Position SummaryThe Pest Control Technician is responsible for independently inspecting client properties, identifying pest activity, delivering pest management services in accordance with regulatory requirements, and providing professional guidance to customers. This role requires a candidate who can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and contributing conditionsDeliver pest control services using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, applying sound judgment on treatment selection and applicationPrepare, handle, and apply pest control products in accordance with product labels, Ministry of the Workplace regulations,
