The RIMOWA Retail Support Associate is responsible for assisting the store team in all operational duties to help increase store productivity and performance. Job responsibilities Reports to Store Manager ensuring work duties are accurately performed Monitors the flow of all shipments and ensures prompt follow up with discrepancies Assist with yearend inventory counts including preparation Determine appropriate methods of shipping and prepare relevant paperwork as needed Ensure all stock areas are neat, clean and orderly per company standard Responsible for completing basic luggage repairs using small hand tools Perform box counts and validate against bills of lading, ensuring discrepancies, shortages or damages are reported immediately Assist selling floor with product placement and stock recovery Complete
