Scotlynn is hiring a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to support the hiring and onboarding of professional Class 1 drivers across Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid customer service, administrative, or relationship‑building experience who wants to develop a career in recruiting. Youll receive hands‑on training from experienced recruiters while learning how to attract, qualify, and onboard drivers in a fast‑paced transportation environment.

THE ROLE

What Youll Do:

• Guide driver candidates through the hiring process
• Verify qualifications, employment history, and driver records
• Schedule road tests and orientation sessions
• Build positive relationships with candidates
• Maintain accurate information within recruiting systems
• Support experienced recruiters and learn industry best practices

ABOUT YOU

Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:

• Fluent English and French
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
• Interest in recruitment, sales,
  
  
  
  or transportation

Candidates with experience in customer service, retail leadership, banking, call centres, hospitality, administration, or staffing are encouraged to apply.

Recruitment experience is not required.

YOUR COMMITMENT

• This is a full-time, permanent role
• Work in office from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
• Comfortable working independently in a public-facing office environment. While working closely with a larger recruiting team across Canada, youll independently manage daily activities within our Boucherville office and build strong relationships with visiting drivers.
