Job Description SummaryThe Residential Driver will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. The driver will collect solid waste or recyclables on curbside and/or backdoor routes and transporting to post-collection facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate collection trucks and related equipment.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required reports.Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.Identify and handle prohibited or hazardous waste in accordance with company procedures.Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with supervisors.Support route optimization and assist with overtime as needed.RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or GED (preferred)License: Valid Class 3 driver's licenseExperience: Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or completion of a recognized CDL training programPhysical Ability: Must meet physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs and maneuvering in tight spacesKnowledge, Skills,
