We are a family owned, flooring store. We sell flooring, paint and blinds. We also do installs of flooring and blinds.We're looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our team. This role is key to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly from receiving inventory to supporting deliveries and maintaining an efficient warehouse.What You'll Do:Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipmentsPick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, pickup or installMaintain accurate inventory, assist with stock counts and orderingKeep the warehouse clean, protected, and well-organizedAssist with loading/unloading delivery trucksMix paintSupport the team with general operational tasks as neededWhat Were Looking For:Strong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to lift and move heavy itemsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentForklift experience is an asset (but not required, we will train)Valid drivers license is an assetWhat We Offer:Competitive wagesHealth Benefit PlanSupportive team environmentStable, full-time hoursOpportunities to grow within the company
