In this role, you'll facilitate daily operations, ensure highest standards in service delivery, and provide vital mentorship to responders during crises. Your efforts will contribute to culturally secure practices within the community.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily crisis support team communicationsMentor and coach staff for effective service deliveryAssess and review documentation for complianceEngage in emotional support and team debriefsCreate partnerships with community and emergency servicesRequirements:Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related areaMinimum 4 years in community-based support servicesExperience in crisis management and interventionAbility to provide coaching and mentor staffValid Class 5 Driver's License requiredBe a guiding force in mental health support with KAFS's CRCL program.
