This role requires a committed Registered Nurse to practice full-spectrum nursing care for residents in the Sunshine Point Long-Term Care unit. You'll conduct thorough assessments, document care accurately, and ensure safety while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. The emphasis is on optimizing resident outcomes through focused interactions, evaluation, and proactive learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments tailored to residents' needs
• Document care plans and interventions accurately and timely




• Maintain a safe environment by identifying potential hazards
• Actively participate in team meetings and care conferences
• Lead and mentor team members in nursing practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with active CARNA registration
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• CPR certification and Dementia Care Certificate preferred
• Knowledge of documentation tools and software
