Reporting to the Director of Estimating, you will prepare accurate, competitive, and comprehensive cost estimates that support JATEC's continued growth across telecommunications, underground utilities, electrical, and civil construction projects.Responsibilities Include:Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractorsReviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documents to determine project requirementsCompiling and organizing tender submissions and supporting documentationSoliciting, reviewing, and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractorsIdentifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, and value engineeringAssisting with the development of project schedules and execution plans during the bidding processConducting site visits and attending pre-bid meetings as requiredPreparing pricing for change orders and additional work requestsCollaborating with Operations, Project Management,
