We support projects in refining, pipelines, terminals, renewables, power, food and beverage, and chemical processing.We are looking for an Intermediate Instrumentation Designer to join our Sarnia team. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on design work, collaborating with several engineering disciplines and supporting projects from design through execution.What You'll DoPrepare instrumentation and control drawings, layouts, schematics and wiring documentation.Develop and update instrument indexes, I/O lists, cable schedules, datasheets and related design documents.Review P&IDs, equipment information, specifications and client requirements.Coordinate instrumentation design work with process, electrical, mechanical, piping, civil and structural teams.Work with engineers and other designers to identify and resolve design issues.Participate in design reviews and project coordination meetings.Complete assigned work within project schedule, budget and quality requirements.Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness.Provide field, construction, vendor and commissioning support when required.What You BringA diploma, certificate or degree in Instrumentation, Controls, Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field.
