If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centered care, we would love to hear from you.What You Should KnowLocation: East Gwillimbury, ON (client homes)Shift: Mondays 1:30pm-5:30pmTuesdays 1:30pm-5:30pmWednesdays 9am-1pmThursdays 9am-1pmFridays 1:30pm-5:30pmWhat You'll DoPersonal Support & Daily CareAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingSupport mobility, walking, and safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)Home SupportPerform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environmentPrepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needsHealth & Safety AssistanceProvide medication reminders and help monitor daily routinesComplete daily care reports and communicate observations to the Case Manager or healthcare teamCompanionship & Emotional SupportEngage clients in meaningful conversation and provide reassurancePromote comfort, dignity, independence, and well-beingWhat We're Looking ForPSW Certificate (required)Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PSW experienceTraining in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA)
