This role is essential to ensuringon‐timedelivery and order accuracy, while providing visibility of issues and delays to our internal teams.We're looking for a detail‐oriented, organized, and curious professional who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast‐pacedenvironment, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage wholesale outbound orders in SAP from entry to fulfillmentMaintain an accurate order book and provide visibility using SAP, BI tools,
and Excel reportsBuild and analyze Excel files using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliationManage customer‐specific delivery SOPs and compliance requirementsMonitor demand to support accurate production planningPartner with Distribution, Logistics, and Account Management teams to minimize delays and ensure order accuracyDeliver best‐in‐class customer service by managing inquiries, issues, delays, and claimsIdentify sales opportunities through product and operational supportSupport team members with cross‐training, documentation, and additional tasks as neededRequirementsPositive, proactive attitude with strong curiosity and adaptabilityFluent in French and English; role involves international communication where English is the primary business languageExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and reportingHigh confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‐focused mindsetWillingness to support the team beyond core responsibilitiesCustomer service experience in wholesale or supply chain (preferred)SAP or ERP experience (preferred)Building a culture ofbelongingWefirmly believethat the diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and identities is a fundamental strength of the ALDO Group.
