Most work is performed within the local area, allowing you to be home every night.Position SummaryAs a Service Foreman, you will lead roofing service crews performing inspections, repairs, maintenance, and small projects on commercial and industrial roofing systems. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Empire Roofing's high standards while providing leadership and mentorship to your team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate roofing service crews on commercial and industrial job sitesInspect roofing systems and identify repair requirementsPerform and oversee repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other commercial roofing systemsEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standardsTrain, mentor, and support labourers and service techniciansManage tools, equipment, materials,
