This is the hinge between sales and the floor: you turn what the client bought into a clear, complete, runnable production docket, then follow it through.A well opened docket keeps the job moving. An incomplete one gets paid for in lost press time. That is why this role matters here.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen dockets from sold orders: full specs, quantities, versions, paper, sizes, and processesTranslate client and sales language into precise production termsWrite explicit instructions for each department: prepress, press, finishing, shippingCheck docket specs against the accepted quote before releasing to productionSet and track schedules, proofs, and approvalsFollow projects end to end and communicate statusAct as the client's point of contact during productionHandle revisions, late changes,



and reprintsWork closely with prepress, press, finishing, and shippingIdeal Candidate6 to 8 years of commercial print experience: project management, customer service, production coordination, or prepressSolid understanding of print processes: sheet sizes, paper, colours, finishing and binderyAble to read a quote and build a complete production docket from itComfortable with a print MISWell organized, able to run several jobs at oncePrecise and detail-oriented: a missed spec stops the pressSound judgment and clear communication with both clients and productionSpoken and written French.
