DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated, positive and dependable full-timeGIS Analystto join our team of Forest Professionals in GOLDEN, BCAs a GIS Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, maintaining, displaying and troubleshooting GIS maps and databases for forestry-based projects in the Natural Resource sector. This role involves working closely with both staff and clients to complete a variety of GIS tasks to meet client deliverables. You will work as part of a team of GIS professionals on a range of projects, leveraging your GIS expertise and client interaction skills. A key aspect of this position is your eagerness to learn, adapt, and innovate in a cooperative, fast-paced environment.DutiesThe responsibilities of a GIS Analyst will include, but not limited to:Spatial data management and analysisDeveloping and delivering on operational mapping projects with tight timelinesManaging incoming field-collected dataConverting, importing, managing,
