We expect each member of our team to actively embrace and participate in the biblical practices that guide our work and mission.Position SummaryThe Recovery Support Staff provides direct supervision, structure, safety oversight, and practical daily support to clients within the in-residents program. This role helps maintain a safe, respectful, consistent,



and healthy recovery environment while supporting the daily operations of the campus.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Supervision & SupportSupervise clients and maintain program structure throughout shiftsEncourage healthy routines, participation, accountability, and respectful behaviourObserve and report behavioural, emotional, or safety concernsProgram SupportSupport daily structure, schedules, activities, transportation, and events as neededAssist with maintaining a safe, respectful, and healthy recovery environmentSupport fundraising and financial revenue sourcesAssist with outreaches and off campus outings and eventsParticipation with students in work detailAssist with the facilitation of support groupsConduct room checks, facility checks, and shift responsibilitiesAssist with medication procedures as applicableRespond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or crisesHelp maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall campus safetyDaily OperationsAssist with classes, meals, transportation, chores, work details, and program activitiesSupport schedule transitions and daily campus flowAssist with setup, cleaning, and general operational supportCooking and kitchen managementDocumentation & CommunicationComplete shift logs, incident reports,
