When one connection doesn't pan out, you find anotherCoaching and motivating the team daily with specific, actionable feedback that raises performanceOnboarding and supporting new team members so they are set up for success from day oneMaintaining all operational standards — inventory, cash, reporting, checklists — to the same level the Store Manager wouldBeing a visible,
