Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate admissions and discharges for clients • Monitor client well-being and response to withdrawal • Manage crises effectively,
focusing on de-escalation • Engage clients respectfully and without judgment • Share treatment option information and connect to resources
Requirements: • Minimum 2-year degree in social sciences (or in progress) • Capability to lift items and assist clients • Valid Vulnerable Sector Search required • Necessary certifications in FOIP and Patient Lift training • Experience working with at-risk populations valued
