Our downtown Winnipeg office is ready to welcome a new team member.What the Role InvolvesAs a Recruiting Officer, you will:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across the organizationCreate and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruitment platformsSource, screen, and identify qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and proactive outreachConduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managersBuild strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional recruitment experience throughout the hiring processPartner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesPrepare employment offers and support the onboarding process for new hiresMaintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and ensure recruitment documentation is currentParticipate in other recruitment initiatives to promote CCA as an employer of choiceSupport employer branding initiatives and contribute ideas to continuously improve recruitment processesUphold the CCA Code of Conduct by treating every applicant with integrity, honesty, dignity, and respectWhat You BringWe're looking for individuals who are:Strong communicators with excellent verbal and written communication skillsPassionate about connecting with people and building professional relationshipsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslySelf-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focusedProfessional, ethical, and committed to maintaining confidentialityComfortable working independently while collaborating with leaders across the organizationProficient with Microsoft Office and recruitment technology, with the ability to communicate effectively in EnglishHow We Support YouWe know that attracting great talent starts with supporting our own people.
