This casual role is key to fostering recovery and well-being.As part of Main Street Project, you will help individuals navigate their recovery journeys, offering support through detoxification and advocating for their health needs. Located at 75 Martha and 146 Magnus Avenue, your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, administering medications, and creating a welcoming environment for participants.



Work collaboratively in a diverse team committed to community health.Key Responsibilities:Conduct intake assessments for current participantsOversee medication administration and trackingEngage in regular client interactions to offer supportAssist with resource referrals and advocacy effortsRespond to emergencies per established protocolsRequirements:Relevant experience in human services, mental health, or addictionPost secondary background in conflict resolution is idealKnowledge of trauma-informed care principlesStrong documentation and record-keeping skillsClear Criminal Record and First Aid certifications are necessarySupport recovery and community healing as part of the team at Main Street Project.
