This involves physical work, which would include but not be limited to carrying equipment and construction debris. Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and frames, all aspects of Drywall and painting.ServiceMaster is willing to provide training and industry specific certifications.Job RequirementsCommunicate with a wide variety of peopleKnowledge of woodworking tools, methods of all aspects of carpentryMeasure, cut,



or shape wood and other materials using power toolsInstall interior and exterior structures and fixturesConstruct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and framesFollow safety rules and regulationsMaintain a safe and clean environment.Ability to lift up 50 lbsMaintain company equipmentEnsure supplies and chemicals are properly stockedMaintain company vehicles (includes inspections, maintenance and cleanliness)Ensure all mitigation and drying equipment is being utilized to full potentialThe ability to follow blueprints and building plansPosses a valid Class G Ontario Drivers license with no restrictionsAdditional RequirementsAble to operate a company-owned vehiclesWilling to take part in on-call rotating scheduleAble to work after hours and on Holidays when necessaryWilling to submit personal information for a criminal background checkPreference will be given to those with IICRC Certification or equivalentCompensation and BenefitsHourly rate offered will depend on skills and experience.
