In this role, you will work closely with the Parts Administration team to ensure prompt and accurate vendor return processing and timely receipt of products.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Parts Operations Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:Manage purchase orders and perform data entry in Microsoft AX ERP systemCommunicate with vendors and internal departments to address order challenges, delays, and backordersFollow up with vendors on outstanding ordersReduce inbound costs through order consolidation and vendor freight strategiesMaintain up to date knowledge of the Parts department and related business processesRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge,
