Protex Environmental is seeking a service Coordinator to act as the central point of communication for our customers and field teams. In this dispatch-focused role, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries and efficiently coordinating with our service team to ensure timely and effective solutions for our clients. Under general supervision and as part of a team, perform the following duties on a daily basis: Key Accountabilities Communicate professionally with current and potential customers Process new customer acquisition forms and paperwork Coordinate and organize work schedules for operators and technicians Prepare Work Orders for daily assignments to division personnel Prepare Invoices from completed and submitted work orders Report problems and unresolved issues to Operations Manager Use innovative thinking and problem solving skills to improve customer service and client relationships Assist in the promotion of the products and the services of Protex Other duties as assigned by the management team Requirements Excellent skilled communication skills in English (written and verbal) Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) A highly motivated, organized and productive work ethic Experience with or knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles is an asset A strong commitment to safety in the workplace Knowledge of Meadow Lake and Surrounding areas will be considered an asset Employer Address: 19 INDUSTRIAL CRESMEADOW LAKE,SKCANADAS9X1Z1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
